You know how it makes you feel and I am totally proud of you because it takes amazing discipline, especially in your environment, where bad eating is a right of passage and stress is high and time is minimal. To have done so well under those circumstances is a major feat. Your family is very proud of you and inspired. Because of you I am now committed to doing the eliptical or the tread mill every day and already I feel proud of myself and confident and determined. So thank you for being my inspiration. When a person talks about their pride in losing weight, it's best <I>not</I> to say that it doesn't look like they haven't lost much weight. (Goes double for the female persuasion.)<BR/><BR/>However, I take no offense, mainly because my goddamn hair seems to be the only thing anyone notices about me ever. Yeah, you've lost some belly, so good for you, though i wonder if you've accounted for muscle mass being greater than the mass of the fat it's replacing, meaning that it may very well be possible that you'll gain weight while you try to go for those last few pounds.
